Wasabi Greens,

Crunchy and juicy, wasabi greens have the wasabi bite but slightly milder. They are great chopped and eaten raw in salads or noodle dishes, put into soups or stews as you would other greens, sautéed with other vegetables, or juice them for a super spicy juice that can be added to salad dressing, marinades, other fruit or vegetable juices, or Bloody Marys. They make excellent Bloody Mary stirrers! See our Recipes page for our Pickled Wasabi Greens recipe!

If you are going to juice wasabi greens for cocktails, we have found that 1/2 lb. of wasabi greens equals about 8 oz of juice. When we make a cocktail we use about 2 oz of wasabi juice. So 1/2 lb. of wasabi greens will make about 4 cocktails.
