Genuine Wasabi Powder

Get the clean, spicy, fresh flavor of genuine wasabi in this convenient powder. Most wasabi powder is a blend of mustard, horseradish, and dyes, but our powder is made from 100% genuine wasabi no fillers.

All of our fresh product (and all of our seasoning salts) are produced with wasabi we grow at our farm on the Oregon Coast.

For a number of years customers have been requesting wasabi powder. At this point in time, we do not grow enough fresh wasabi rhizomes to produce a freeze-dried powder.

The wasabi used in the powder in this one particular product is grown at a farm in China and freeze-dried there. We thought it was really important to include that information both on the label and here.

We are in the process of expanding our farm and hope, in the near future, to be able to grow enough to produce our own freeze dried powder.

Easy to use! Mix 2 parts powder with 1 part water to make a paste. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow it to develop its full flavor. The resulting wasabi paste is perfect for sushi or mixing into dipping sauces, salad dressings, or mayonnaise.
